I believe that identity is an evolving edifice formed in the melding of the conceptions of the perceived and the perceiver. This project explores the process of identity-creation through the medium of my own image. It is a collaboration between me and 33 individuals, including strangers, friends and family, each of us taking turns to play the part of a portraitist and a subject—the perceiver, and the perceived.
